Households may be eligible for the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) if they are qualified for Lifeline, free or reduced-price school lunch, Pell Grant, or suffered a loss of income after February 29, 2020. EBB service is non-transferable and is limited to one discount per household. All EBB packages offered by TracFone are free.
